Sushil Bist

Sushil Bist is a dedicated Sales Associate at Ray White Frankston, bringing a wealth of diverse experiences and a passion for exceptional customer service. 

With an Indian background, Sushil migrated to Australia in 2004. He has developed outstanding experience in hospitality, earning the Crew Member of the Year award, and spent six years as a skilled gas technician in the plumbing industry.  

Drawn to the real estate industry for his love of interacting with people and assisting clients in finding their dream homes, Sushil brings valuable customer service, problem-solving and communication skills to his role. Fluent in Hindi, he is also able to effectively cater to clients with similar backgrounds.

Outside of work, Sushil is a passionate cricket player who has been featured in the local newspaper twice. He is dedicated to personal development and aspires to become the number one agent in the state, continually pushing his boundaries to achieve exceptional results.  

Residing in Frankston’s Karingal area with his partner and young son, Sushil appreciates the local community, the variety of shops at Frankston shopping centre and picturesque Frankston Beach.
