Tamara Doubovtzeff
SALES AGENT
Pairing an inspiring background in marketing with a long-standing passion for property and large rural landholdings, Tamara Doubovtzeff brings a unique and very impressive skillset to the Ray White Frankston sales team.
After being awarded the highest-achieving graduate in her Bachelor of Business and Economics at Monash University specialising in Marketing and Human Resources, Tamara worked in a number of management roles before pursuing her true ambitions in real estate, combining sales and marketing.
As an outstanding communicator, her natural ability to connect with people and understand their needs allows her to consistently achieve the best possible results for clients in their buying and selling journeys.
“I love working with people, building relationships, and showing beautiful homes and gardens. I think it’s important to build strong relationships to help clients feel at ease as they move through the buying process.
“I am also a competitive poker player, having played nationally, so I am good at reading people’s body language and interpreting their behaviour/body language, which enables more effective negotiation.”
As a marketing expert, Tamara is highly skilled in preparing uniquely focused marketing packages and designing campaigns to help properties stand out among the crowd by heroing their distinctive features.
“I’m excited about homes with unique selling features and architectural elements, as well as environmental design and benefits. Having grown up in Gippsland and purchasing my first 11 acres there, I have knowledge of farming properties and a genuine love of acreages.”
Now residing in Baxter, Tamara says she loves small-town community living, along with the access to the fresh peninsula produce while also being so close to the beach for paddleboarding. The owner of a teardrop caravan, she loves to get away on camping trips and being surrounded by nature.
