How does it work? If you are the winning bidder at our charity auction, Ray White will sell your home for FREE (no commission payable) and you will also receive a FREE Advertising Campaign for your property!

• The property must be exclusively listed with the agent at Ray White Frankston.
• The property must be sold via auction.
• The property must go to auction by 15th November 2025.
• You must NOT have a current exclusive authority with Ray White Frankston (Meaning your property cannot be currently listed for sale with Ray White Frankston).
• The property must be within a 10km radius of Frankston Heights Primary School.
• All bidders must be pre-registered before bidding.
• The bidder must pay the full amount to the school at the auction.
• This prize does not include any alterations to the marketing campaign. All upgrades will be at the vendor’s cost.
