How it works

• Participants bid for the chance to win a full sales campaign with Ray White Frankston.
• The winning bid is donated directly to schools in the Frankston City Council region.
• The winner receives a complete real estate campaign, including:
• Professional photography & property advertising
• Digital and social media marketing
• Auction or private sale campaign
• No commission charged on the sale

Why it matters

This prize is worth tens of thousands of dollars – but it costs the winning bidder only their successful donation. Every dollar raised goes back to support local schools, helping students, teachers, and the wider community. Since running our charity auctions we have raised $47,200 for our local partnered Primary Schools.

*Terms and Conditions:

1. The property must be exclusively listed with the agent at Ray White Frankston.
2. The property must be sold via auction.
3. The property must go to auction by 28th November 2026.
4. You must NOT have a current Form 6 with Ray White Frankston (Meaning your property cannot be currently listed for sale with Ray White Frankston)
5. The property must be within a 10km radius of Seaford Park Primary.
6. All bidders must be pre-registered before bidding
7. The bidder must pay the full amount to the schools at auction.
8. This prize does not include any alterations to the marketing campaign. All upgrades will be at the vendor’s cost.
