Well done to Ray White Manningham selling 6 from 8 auctions. Of note were two outstanding results: 35 Dorking Road, Box Hill South – sold for $1.470m ($170.000 over reserve!) – well done Thomas Liouas & 31 Golden Way, Bulleen – sold for $1.260m ($210,000 over reserve!!!) – great work Carmen Stenta and Frank Perri.
Ray White Warrnambool held an outstanding in-room event on Wednesday evening, selling 7 from 9. Excellent work from Jess, Leanne and the team. A big crowd gathered and the energy in the room was electric!
