Auction Action with Jeremy Tyrrell Easter Weekend

By Rachael Vrana
No official clearance rate recorded across the state for the Easter break, with only 35 auctions in total (all brands/agencies). Ray White however recorded 100% clearance with 1 from 1!!! Well done to Ray White Reservoir.
Food for thought…
Whilst most will steer clear of going to auction over the Easter Break, it is definitely worthwhile exploring the options of capitalizing on reduced competition on public holidays and long weekends. Historically, whilst the number of available properties decline, sales success is high – WHY?  A significant reduction in volume resulting in a higher volume of buyers (Supply v Demand). Whilst exploring options with your clients, it’s definitely worth advising selling on long weekends/public holidays.
