Five-star Frankston excel at Ray White annual awards

By Jessie Stewart

Frankston had a night to remember at the recent Ray White Victoria and Tasmania annual awards, having taken home five different honours.

It was a night to remember for the Frankston team, as the office and its star performers were recognised at the Palladium, the Crown.

Recognising performance based on settled commission, the top 20 offices in the Ray White Victoria and Tasmania network were awarded, with Frankston breaking into the top 10 having been ranked at number nine.

The success continued as local agent Ashley Weston was honoured as a Group Elite performer, ranking him among the top two per cent of Ray White agents in the country.

The accolades didn’t stop there for Mr Weston as he was proudly ranked as the number five Principal in the state based on settled commission.

Not to be outdone, there was to be a second Elite performer of the night, with Daniel Cordon also being honoured with the prestigious title.

And to cap off a five-star night for Ray White Frankston, the office was also awarded for their marketing excellence.

Ray White Frankston Principal Ashely Weston said it was a proud night for his office and it was one the whole team contributed to.

“These awards aren’t just for one person or one individual – this is without a doubt a whole team effort,” Mr Weston said.

“Every member of our team works extremely hard and it’s wonderful that we’ve been recognised five times at the Ray White Victoria and Tasmania Awards.

“Our whole team work together to make sure our listings, brand and the professionals who represent us every day are front and centre in the community.

“These awards not only recognise the success of the past year, it’s also great motivation to work even harder in the coming year.”

Ray White joint-chairman, Brian White AO, said the rankings illustrated the energy within the Group.

“It fills me with immense pride every year when our state awards are announced and our people are recognised – to see so many individuals performing so well within the group can be put down to hard work and dedication,” Mr White said.

“So many of our members are achieving great things. Their commitment to the Ray White brand is what delivers such impressive results for our group overall.”
