Back by popular demand, Ray White Frankston presents “The Wellness Project 2.0” to bring the community together to beat lock-down’s negative vibes!

“The Wellness Project 2.0” is a FREE online 4 week program, beginning Monday the 14th of September, centered around all things health; physical and mental. Partnering with local coaches, trainers and businesses, Ray White Frankston has built a weekly timetable filled with energising physical workouts, soulful yoga sessions, educational nutrition classes and thoughtful mindset coaching that the entire family can get involved with!

WIN! Yes that’s right! You can also win a luxurious nights stay at Jackalope Hotel on the scenic Mornington Peninsula! All you have to do is attend one of the below classes to go into the draw, the more classes you attend the more chances you have to win!

  • 8:00AM FRI  | FLOW! 30 soulful minutes of yoga goodness with Kristy from Yoga Rebels
  • 4:00PM FRI | HEAD SPACE! 30 minutes of mindset and emotional fitness coaching with Joe Pane
