Ray White Frankston welcomes Callum MacPherson

By Jessie Stewart

One of the highest performing agents in the outer south-east region of Melbourne, Callum MacPherson has joined the market-leading Ray White Frankston team.

Mr MacPherson has always had a passion for property since childhood, having in fact bought his first investment property in country Victoria at the tender age of 13 years old for $6000.

“Buying my first home at such a young age made me realise that this was my passion,” he said.

He then sold the same home at age 18 for $30,000 and bought his next investment property in Frankston City.

“I was born and raised in the Frankson region, and I wouldn’t choose anywhere else to raise my own family now,” he said.

Mr MacPherson, who has maintained one of the strongest market shares in the area particularly over the past few years, has decided to join the Ray White sales business which is owned and operated by award winning agent Ashley Weston who last year spoke at The Australian Real Estate Conference (AREC) to more than 4500 attendees.

Mr Weston has been among the top two per cent of agents in the Ray White Group for the last five years.

“I am excited about the culture and passion amongst this team, and about working under the strongest brand name in real estate, particularly in our region,” Mr MacPherson said.

“Ray White are the absolute market leaders in our area; they are innovative, have superior customer service, leadership, marketing strategy, massive market share and a genuinely great team culture.”

Mr MacPherson has a wealth of experience in the local area, having previously worked with another franchise business since he started his career 12 years ago straight after finishing school.

He has steadily built his reputation in the area as the go-to agent, and attributes a lot of his success to simply fostering and maintaining genuine relationships with local residents.

The suburb of Frankston is situated on the eastern shoreline of Port Phillip, and is a popular seaside destination of Melbourne located about 55km south-east of the city centre.

“The lifestyle in Frankston is fantastic, especially for young families.”

“We are on the cusp of suburbia and the peninsula; which means we are not far from the Melbourne CBD, but also close to the wineries, beaches and countryside.”

One main selling point of the region is its affordability, making it popular amongst growing families who are looking for more space.

“Many of our key clients are able to sell their one or two bedroom apartments close to the city, and buy a large home with a pool in Frankston” Mr MacPherson said.

“There is also such a diverse mix in housing; everything from a two bedroom unit for $250,000 to $2.5 million beachfront properties.”

Ray White Frankston Principal Ashley Weston said he was thrilled to see Callum MacPherson join their leading family business.

“Growth is so important for our company and we feel so humbled when agents of Callums’s calibre join us and we will support his ambitions into the future,” Mr Weston said.

“Ash is a natural leader, his success in his marketplace is no doubt due to his ability to create a high performance culture within his business,” Stephen Dullens CEO Ray White Victoria and Tasmania.
