Selling In The Current Climate

As the Australian real estate market continues to go from strength to strength, many property owners have questions about what has and hasn’t changed in the way in which properties are being marketed in the current environment. Is now a good time to market your property for sale?

National housing values rose by 1.8 per cent in April. Although this rate of growth has eased against March (2.8 per cent) according to CoreLogic insights, every capital city across the country recorded a lift in values over the month of April. Taking into account the easing of growth over the month of April, national housing values have risen at a rapid rate over the past three month with a 6.8 per cent increase.
