“The Wellness Project” is a FREE online 4 week program, beginning Monday the 17th of August, centered around all things health; physical and mental. Partnering with local coaches, trainers and businesses, Ray White Frankston has built a weekly timetable filled with energising physical workouts, soulful yoga sessions, educational nutrition classes and thoughtful mindset coaching that the entire family can get involved with!
