We Called More Auctions In May Than Ever Before

By Rachel Wallace

It appears that no matter what happens with restrictions, Ray White Victoria and Tasmania continue to perform exceptionally well and, most importantly, find ways to keep assisting our customers.

We have had an exceptional May 2021 being the strongest month in the history of Ray White Victoria and Tasmania.  Collectively, we have sold $1.145 billion worth of unconditional property – our highest monthly result ever. Even more impressive, the last weekend of May was spent in total lockdown conditions across real estate in Victoria – showing once again just how strong this achievement is.

  • Our sales have never been higher – ever.  May was our all time PB, beating our March PB and strongest April ever.
  • We called more auctions in May than we’ve ever called before.
  • Appraisals – up to last week – were triple than what we were doing compared to this time last year.
  • Loan Market pre approvals are significantly,  higher than last year.

It looks like Victoria is not willing to let lockdown dampen our spirits.
