NATIONAL PLANT A TREE DAY 2019

By Jessie Stewart

We are really excited to announce our recent partnership with the Planet Ark Environmental Foundation. Planet Ark are a not-for-profit organisation with a vision of a world where people live in balance with nature and we are so thrilled to partner up to help support this awesome cause. We are kicking things off with National Plant a Tree Day on Sunday July 28th and the whole team are super excited to be taking part!

This site connected to Robinsons Park is an important conservation area and supports a diverse range of Frankston’s rare flora and fauna species. The area acts as a stepping stone for wildlife moving between larger bushland areas such as Frankston Nature Conservation Reserve and Langwarrin Flora and Fauna reserve. Stepping stone patches of habitat are essential to help reduce the negative effects of fragmentation in our natural landscapes.
